Every year the NFL combine ends and every year we find out about weird questions prospects were asked. This year is no different, with teams asking Central Florida quarterback Blake Bortles about his girlfriend Lindsey Duke.
Appearing on the Dan Patrick Show, Bortles told DP that teams asked about his ladyfriend during meetings.
"Nothing was really that bad. I got a couple girlfriend questions," Bortles said. "If I had one, some awkward ... if we come to town will she be there for dinner and stuff like that."
When Patrick followed up about Bortles girlfriend being famous, Bortles noted that teams were probably interested in how he would react more than anything.
"They knew going into the meeting and I think that was kind of the angle to see how I react to that," Bortles said.
